  15 அம்ச கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி புதுடெல்லியில் 5 நாட்கள் 12.02.2018 முதல் 16.02.2018 வரை NFPE சம்மேளனம் நடத்தும் தர்ணா போராட்டத்தை மழுங்கடிப்பதற்கு அஞ்சல் வாரியம் மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட 5 நாட்களுக்கு யாருக்கும் விடுப்பு வழங்கக்கூடாது என அறிவித்ததை சுட்டிக்காட்டி நெல்லையில் ஒருபடி மேலே போய் மருத்தவ விடுப்பு CCL விடுப்பும் மறுக்கப்படுவது ஏற்புடையதல்ல --+2 பொதுத்தேர்வு காலங்களில் குழந்தைகளுக்கு உதவியாக இருக்க நினைக்கும் பெற்றோர்களின் மனநிலை -மருத்துவகாரணங்களுக்காக சிகிச்சை -ஓய்வு மற்றும் சொந்த குடும்பநிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்க இருக்கும் ஊழியர்கள் இவர்களின் நிலையை கருத்தில் கொண்டு கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் நிறுத்திவைத்துள்ள விடுப்புதனை வழங்கிட வேண்டுகிறோம்

                        non grant of leave for the period from 12.02.2018 to 16.02.2018-reg

            A kind reference is invited to the above letter addressed to the All SDHs/PMs/ SPMs/BPMs under Tirunelveli Division.

The leave which have already granted and the leave applied by the officials were seen cancelled for the period from 12.02.2018 to 16.02.2018and all officials are directed to join duty. It is learnt that the leave is being rejected by the Divisional Administration to prevent the employees to take part in the dharna to be organized by the NFPE at NEW DELHI pressing settlement of several demands. But the officials who were on Child Card Leave, Commuted/Earned Leave on Medical Grounds etc., due to their personal reasons are recalled/denied leave.

This is even against the spirit of the orders to recall the officials on leave to duty.  Moreover, many of the officials who were on such leave are not in position to re-join duty suddenly due to one reason or other.  Further, denial of leave applied on medical grounds is also against natural justice and violation of human rights.

  Considering the above facts, the leave applied by the officials for personal reasons for the period from 12.02.2018 to 16.02.2018 may kindly be granted and the officials who are on leave on medical grounds may not be recalled.
