            Sub:    Settlement of long pending issues – reg
            We regret to bring the following long pending issues for the personal notice of the SSPOs., Tirunelveli Division though the same were insisted during several discussions.

1.      LR lists were not issued since the year 2017.  It was informed that some clarifications were sought from RO. Even after receipt of such clarification, no action is seen taken by the D.O for the reason best known to them.

2.      After identification sensitive/non-sensitive posts for calculating tenure vide Directorate letter dated 08.03.2018, till date Re-notification of RT is not issued due to which staff face hardships due to admission in schools/shifting of residences etc.,

3.      Confirmation of the Postal Assistants recruited since 2015 is pending and no action is so far taken by the D.O

4.      Nearly all offices are facing UPS/batteries and other hardware issues and no action is taken so far by the D.O and the staff are facing untold difficulties after migration to CSI.

Hence, it is requested that the issues mentioned above shall be settled to create confidence among the staff and to ensure smooth working environment.
