அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே !
17.02.2017 அன்று நடைபெற்ற பொதுக்குழுவின் அடிப்படையில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட கோரிக்கைமனு 23.02.2017 அன்று கோட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .27.02.2017 அன்று நடைபெறும் மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் இதன் அடிப்படையில் விவாதிக்கவேண்டும் எனவும் கடிதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .27.02.17 அன்று காலை 11 மணிக்கு நமக்கு நேரம் ஒதுக்க பட்டுள்ளது .கீழ்கண்ட தோழர்கள் மாதாந்திர பேட்டியில் கலந்துகொள்வார்கள் .

1.பழைய பென்ஷன் வேண்டி ஊழியர்கள் எழுதிய கடிதத்திற்கு நிர்வாகம் பதில் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் .
2.CO மற்றும் HPM களுக்கு புதிய பை வழங்கவேண்டும் .
3.தபால்காரர் &MTS பதவிகளில் பணியாற்றும் GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஏழாவது சம்பளக்குழுவின் அடிப்படையில் ஊதியம் வழங்கவேண்டும் .
4.திருநெல்வேலி HO வில் CPC பிரிவிற்கு MTS வேலைநேரத்தை அதிகரிக்கவேண்டும் .
5.2008ADR அடிப்படையில் குறைக்கப்பட்ட MTS பதவிகளை மறுஆய்வு செய்து தேவையான அலுவலகங்களுக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும் .
6.வீ கே புரம் அஞ்சலகத்திற்கு சைக்கிள் ஸ்டாண்ட் வசதி செய்துதர வேண்டும் .
7.வீ கே புரம் அஞ்சலகத்திற்கு தபால்காரர் பதவி ஒன்றை redeploy பண்ணவேண்டும்

Sub: Resolutions passed in the General Body meeting of
our union held on 17,02.2017
The General Body
meeting of our union was held on 17.02.2017 at Palayamkottai HO under the president
ship of Sri,K.G.Gurusamy in the evening
Many
resolutions were passed in the above meeting regarding staff grievances, The
issues recently developed and the staff members of our union agitating for
settlement of issues are brought to your notice for early intervention
1.Frenetic attitude of ASP HQS to our staff members
Recently the SPM
Tirunelveli Town contacted the ASP HOS requested to repair the one existing
printer The ASP asked the SPM who were the officials handled the printer
wrongly instead of ordering issue of repairing
the printer The way which the ASP HOS replied is condoned, If he
followed such action no grievance will
be settled regarding computers .The General Body request the SSPO’S to issue
suitable advice to the ASP HOS to avoid such kind of unnecessary talks .
2. Refusal of leave to single handed SPM and other SPM
The single
handed SPM’s apply for leave in advance but the relief orders are issued in the
last minute on the reason that the leave letters are not received at the DO.It
is not in one or two cases but in 98% cases the DO replies that the leave letters of SPM’s are not received .It is not known where
the leave letters of the SPM’s have gone.
While issuing the deputation orders the concerned SPM is not informed about the
deputation order. Only the orders are sent to the office deputing the PA’s.These
are highly wrong attitude of ASP’s HQ
and the staff working at DO.The deputation orders have to be issued well in
advance immediately on receipt of leave letters from the SPM’s, so that the
SPM’s be in peace regarding grant of leave.The General Body contemned such
actions to follow a regular procedure of leave to single handed SPM’s. The
officers in DO threatening in over phone when the SPM not able to carryout the
deputation order due to on strong grounds. In future such practice should be avoided and correspondence may through
email.
3. Reqularization of deputation orders
For leave
arrangement of SPM’s deputation of PA’s are ordered from the office locating at
very far distance instead of deputing from the nearest office for example PA from Burkitmanagaram SO to
Padmaneri SO.Resolution is passed to carry out such deputations from the
nearest Sub Office.
4.To maintain reasonable staff position at Tisaiyanvillai
SO
At
Tisaiyanvillai SO 3PA’s are working
instead of 6PA’S one PA is exclusively for working for booking Railway
Ticket.Hence shortage of PA below the strength of 4 PA could not be managed.one
PA from other office to be deputed to Tisaiyanvillai so when the shortage of PA
less than 4PA. This resolution is
passed in General Body.
5.Allotment of MTS for CPC work at T irunelveli HO.
One MTS was
previously encaged in CPC work at
Tirunelveli HO.But it has been stopped. The CPC work could not be managed
without MTS.Resolution is passed MTS to allot for this work at least for half
day in the forenoon daily.
6.MMS issues
a. The confirmation orders Sri.S.Balasubramanian
Driver has not been issued so far,since the SSP intimated the case has been
refered to Manager MMS Madurai in his letter dtd DMMS/ PF/ SB Dated 11-08-015.The case is pending for more than
one year.The confirmation orders may kindly be issued on getting immediately.
It is brought to the notice the confirmation order SSPO’S Salem division is
issued confirmation to the MMS driver working in his division. The copy of the
order is enclosed for reference. Resolution is passed to issue confirmation
order immediately without waiting for clarification.
b. One Driver MMS
is vacant for a long period.It is difficult now to run the mail vans with the
existing
drivers causing heavy work load to the drivers.The vacant
post may be filled up by engaging out sider drivers.
7. Issue of LRPA list
for the year 2017
The LRPA for the
list 2016 has been issued on 04-02-2016. The
LRPA list for the year 2017 has not yet been issued by DO.The LRPA is
working in regular post he/she may be actually ordered to work as LRPA in HO/
bigger SO’s for deputation purpose etc.
8.concluding view of our members of our union
Abnormal
delay is noticed while ordering in many cases like leave,passing of bills and
other welfare activities.The staff request for early settlement of issues without delay by the SSPOs.
I request the
SSPO’s to kindly intervene in this matter and settle the all issues immediately.
