நாளை 26.10.2018 அன்று நடைபெறும் மாதாந்திர பேட்டிக்கு கீழ்காணும் பிரச்சினைகளை நமது அஞ்சல்மூன்று சங்கம் சார்பாக கொடுத்துள்ளோம் .மீதமுள்ள பிரச்சினைகளை additional subject ஆக இன்று கொடுக்கப்படும் .இதற்கிடையில் கடந்த பேட்டியில் தீர்க்கப்பட்ட பிரச்சினைகள் .
1.டெபுடேஷன் பிரச்சினையில் 17.09.2018 அன்று கோட்ட அலுவலகம் பழைய உத்தரவை (06.04.2016) மாற்றி 17.09.2018 அன்று புதிய உத்தரவை பிறப்பித்தது
2.விடுபட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்தும் தற்போது டெபுடேஷன் அனுப்பப்படுகிறது
3.ATR பதவிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன
4.LSG பதவிகளுக்கு ஆட்கள் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன .

2.விடுபட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்தும் தற்போது டெபுடேஷன் அனுப்பப்படுகிறது
3.ATR பதவிகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன
4.LSG பதவிகளுக்கு ஆட்கள் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன .
5.TVLRS க்கு SPPEDPOST INCENTIVE வழங்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது

Sub: Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

The
following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly
meeting.
1.
It is
requested to take action for the functioning of the canteen at Palayankottai HO
which was temporarily closed.
2.
Nowadays
court attendance is entrusted to PA Cadre which is against the instructions of
the R.O. It is requested to entrust the
court case monitoring to IP/ASP Cadre.
3.
SB
Counters of Palayankottai HO are already overburdened and hence it is requested
to withdraw the additional works viz., CC Bridge, KYC maintenance, Commission
bills etc., which can be entrusted to the officials working in back office.
4.
MDW
of SB Branch of Palayankottai HO has not been revised even after introduction
of several new works. Hence, it is
requested to take action to revise the MDW of SB Branch of Palayankottai HO
which is obsolete now.
5.
Request
for early passing of MIS Honorarium bills.
It is requested to kindly sanction the same which will also be a
motivating factor for the hard working staff.
6.
It is
seen that the LRPA of Palayankottai HO is attached to Divisional Office which
results in hindrance to deputation for the very purpose LRs are
designated/ordered.
7.
Request
to attach one more LR PA to Tirunelveli HO to manage the frequent deputations
ordered by the D.O.
8.
During
rainy season, major portion of the Tirunelveli HO is immersed in water
accumulation. It is requested to take
action to provide drainage facility for smooth flowing of rain water and to
raise the ground level to prevent water stagnation.
9.
Request
to re-fix the pay of the officials w.e.f 01.01.2006 who are promoted in the
light of the Directorate Lr No. 7-2/2016-PCC(Pt.) dated 03.10.2018 communicated in RO Lr No.
EST/121-21/CPC-Rlg/2016 dated 11.10.2018

Request
to replace the exhausted UPS batteries of the following offices.(a) Ittamozhi
(b)Jawaharnagar (c)Gandhunagar (d)Delivery branch Palayamkottai

Request
to supply of UPS Batteries for the following offices(a)VKPuram
