கடந்த 26.09.2020 அன்று நடைபெற்ற நமது கோட்ட சங்க செயற்குழுவில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட  தீர்மானங்கள் நேற்று நமது கோட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .நேற்று நமது SSP அவர்கள் தூத்துக்குடி கூடுதல் பொறுப்பேற்க சென்றுவிட்டதால் சந்திக்கமுடியவில்லை .இன்று இதுக்குறித்து விவாதித்து டெபுடேஷன் விஷயத்தில் ஒரு விளக்க ஆணையை பெற்றுத்தருவோம் .டெபுடேஷன் குறித்த நமது தீர்மானத்தின் நகல் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு

Sub:  Resolution adopted in the Divisional Executive Meeting of AIPEU Group C, Tirunelveli Division which was held on 26.09.2020 at Palayankottai HPO premises – reg

            The Executive Committee Meeting of this Union was held under the Presidentship of the Divisional President Com. T, Alagumuthu.  After deliberate discussions, the following resolutions are adopted and being submitted for the consideration of the Divisional Administration.

1.      This Executive Meeting urges the SSPOs., Tirunelveli Division to withdraw the cancellation of the instructions issued and in vogue for past 4 1/2 years which against the interest of the employees and avoid unrest among employees.

The new SSPOs., may not aware of the confusions created due to partial attitude of the Postmasters and in consequent of the attempts of this union to bring down the misdemeanour of the then Postmaster, a clear guidelines were issued by previous incumbent SSPOs., vide D.O letters cited below

a)      B1/Misc/Dlgs dated 06.04.2016

b)      B1/Misc/Dlgs dated 17.09.2106

c)      B1/Misc/Dlgs dated 20.02.2019

d)     B1/Misc/Dlgs dated 27.05.2019

After several discussions made in the monthly meetings and other unofficial meetings with several SSPOs., the above orders were issued to protect the interest of the employees working in this Division.  But, making mockery of these orders, the instructions issued by the SSPOs., now on 24.09.2020 without assessing the actual issues involved in the field offices is highly objectionable.  This executive meeting strongly demand the withdrawal of the said order dated 24.09.2020 as this was issued without any assessment / application of mind and seen issued to satisfy certain group of employees which is forbidden under rules.
