Sub:Delivery staff to NDC at Palayamkottai HO –reg
Ref: DO letter dtd 10.09.2020
It is reported that one post of Postman from Tirunelveli HPO and Palayamkottai HPO are to be attached to Nodal Delivery Centre at Palayamkottai HPO with effect from 11.09.2020. and the delivery area of such redeployed Postman has to be redistributed to the rest of the delivery staff. Like wise, revised duty chart has to be prepared for the MTS staff at Palayamkottai HPO. All these require proper analyse of the work load of the postman beats and requires time for re distribution. Issuing such order at the eleventh hour makes it difficult for such re distribution. Hence, the proposed implementation of NDC may be kept under abeyance and the post to be attached with the NDC may be decided based on the work load.
Hence it is requested that the implementation of NDC may be kept in abyeance.
