Sub:- Union subjects to be discussed in the monthly meeting to be held on 22.11.2016  -reg.

The following new subjects may kindly be included for discussion in the above meeting.

1.      Request to supply Fake currency detector Machine  to all Sub Offices and additional 2 machines to Palayankottai H.O since huge amount of  old currency is exchanged at all offices.

2.      Request to issue transfer orders on the basis of  DPC already been conducted on 25.10.2016 and pending for a long period.

3.      Request to retransfer the work of MMS schedule received from Tuticorin to Tirunelveli RMS at 10 P.M at TVL New Bus stand since no staff is available at that time at TVL New Bus stand.

4.      Request to sanction honorarium to the officials worked during extended working hours in c/w exchange of old currency notes at all Post Offices.

5.      Request to supply heater to Nalumukku S.O working in hills.

6.      Request to fill up the existing vacancies of Treasurer and ATR in H.O /S.Os after calling for volunteers for the above posts..

7...  Request to supply two chairs for Pottalpudur SO.

8.  Request to supply one computer table to Pappagudi SO.

9.  Request to supply one chair to Manimuthar Project SO.
