அஞ்சல் நிர்வாகமே !
             நள்ளிரவு வரை அஞ்சலகத்தில் ஊழியர்கள் --இடையிடையே ரிப்போர்ட் கேட்டு தொந்தரவு --OPERATIVE பணிகளை தனியாகவும் -நிர்வாக பணிகளை தனியாகவும் பிரித்து கொடுத்து -நிர்வாக ஊழியர்களை கொண்டு புள்ளிவிவர சேகரிப்பைகளை நடத்துங்கள் -
 DIRECTORATE அதிகாரிகள் CPMG அலுவலக ஊழியர்களை நெருக்குவதாகவும் --CPMG அலுவலகம் மண்டல அலுவகத்தை நெருக்குவதாகவும் -மணடல நிர்வாகம் கோட்ட அலுவலக ஊழியர்களை நெருக்குவதாகவும் --கோட்ட அலுவலக ஊழியர்கள் OPERATIVE ஊழியர்களை நெருக்குவதாலும் என்ன பயன் கிடைக்கபோகிறது .கொடுக்கும் புள்ளிவிவரங்களை கொண்டு எங்காவது -யாராவது TALLY செய்யமுடியுமா ?எழுத்தாளர் தோழர் தமிழ்செல்வன் அவர்கள் சொன்னது ஞாபகத்திற்கு வருகிறது .போஸ்டாபிஸ் ஆட்கள் ஏதாவது நிகழ்ச்சியில் சந்தித்து கொள்ளும் போது அவர்களுக்குள் பரிமாறப்படும் ஒரு கேள்வி கணக்கு TALLYஆகிவிட்டதா ? இப்படி வாழ்நாள்முழுவதும் TALLY பண்ணி பண்ணி தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை --வசதியை ,வருங்காலத்தை TALLY பண்ணாமல் விட்டுவிட்டார்கள் என்று.
மேலும் எல்லா அலுவலகத்திற்கும் .fake note  detector கொடுக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கோரியுள்ளோம் .
இதுகுறித்து நேற்று நாம் நமது கோட்ட  .கண்காணிப்பளளுக்கு கொடுத்த கடிதம்

            Sub:    Reports in connection with withdrawal of Legal Tender Character of                                existing Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- banknotes-reg

            Ref:     SB Order 12/2016

                        SSPO’s e-mail dated 09.11.2016 for report on WOS banknotes

                        SSPO’s e-mail dated 13.11.2016 for report transaction details

            With reference to the above all SPMs/PMs have to submit the following reports at 11.30 hrs and  14.30 hrs.

1.    Number  exchange applications received  and  number of  Rs.500/- & Rs.1000/- WOS bank notes received for exchange at B.Os/S.Os/H.Os.

2.    Number  of deposit & withdrawal transactions with amount of deposit & withdrawal for own SOL deposit  & for Other SOL deposit has to be furnished.   In the amount deposited in accounts how many  no. of  500-/ & Rs.1000/- WOS bank notes accepted for own SOL deposit & other SOL deposit.  This information also has to be furnished for B.Os/S.Os/H.Os.

            It is too difficult to all SPMs/PMs to furnish the above reports at 11.30hrs and 14.30 hrs during the counter transaction time. Adequate fund could be supplied to the needy sub offices only after 14.30 hrs, due to delay in receipt of cash from bank in time.  Also B.O accounts could be incorporated after 14.30hrs and exchange of currency has to be done upto 20.00hrs.  In these circumstances the report to be submitted to D.O could be ascertained over phone only.   The above report might be changed after 14.30 hrs but unable to be incorporated on the next day, since next day’s report is due to be submitted.  Hence there might be no accuracy in reports.

           

            It is also informed that some of the divisions depute 2 or more OAs exclusively for preparation of reports.  Staff at Admin level may please be utilized for monitoring and reports submission, like other divisions.

            Hence, it is suggested that the previous day’s report may be called for on the next day morning which is very helpful to the staff to furnish reports accurately and easily at B.Os/S.O/H.O level.

            Further it is requested that fake note  detector may please be supplied to all S.Os  at the earliest in order to save our staff.

            Early action may please be taken in this regard in order to serve the public without deviation.
