கள்ள நோட்டு புழக்கத்தை தடுக்கவே ரூபாய் 500 மற்றும் 1000 நோட்டுகள் செல்லாது என அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் --அதை அஞ்சலகங்களில் மாற்றி கொள்ளலாம் என்ற அறிவிப்பினால் --அஞ்சலகங்களிலும் கள்ள நோட்டு புழங்க வாய்ப்புகள் இருப்பதால் அஞ்சல் ஊழியர்கள் நலன் காக்க அனைத்து அலுவலகங்களுக்கும் கள்ள நோட்டு பிடிக்கும் கருவியை சப்ளை செய்ய வேண்டும் .அதுவரை நிர்வாகமே அஞ்சலகங்களில் கள்ளநோட்டு வந்தது என பின்னாளில் தெரிய வந்தால் நிர்வாகமே தார்மீக பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும் .இதில் நிர்வாகம் நூல் பிடித்து இது எனது லிமிட்டை அல்ல --மேலே கேட்கணும் என்று வழக்கமான சாக்கு போக்கு சொல்லாமல் முழுமனதுடன் ஊழியர்களுக்கு உதவிட கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம் .

for supply of Fake Note Detector in connection with withdrawal of Legal
tender Character of the Old High
Denomination Bank Notes-reg

In
order to control the rising of incidence of fake notes and black money, the
scheme to withdraw has been introduced.
In this circumstances,
all S.Os and H.Os are identified for exchange of OHD Notes. Also,
all Post Offices have to accept the deposits of OHD bank notes till 30th December
2016. During this period there will be
chance to exchange/ deposit OHD fake notes at the Post Office counters. Hence
it is requested that fake note detectors (Bulk counting machine) may please be
supplied to all S.Os/H.Os to avoid
acceptance of fake notes which will be very helpful to our offices/staff
members.
Further it is requested
that 3 Nos. fake note detectors may please be supplied to each H.O. Also, one fake note detector may be supplied
to all sos at the earliest.
