இன்னும் பணி முடிந்தபாடில்லை .நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு மேலாகியும் MMS மதுரை காட்டும் மெத்தனத்தால் அஞ்சல் துறையின் தேவையற்ற பண விரயத்தை நிறுத்துவது யார் ? நான்கு மாதங்களாக இரண்டு ஓட்டுனர்களுக்கு DA -நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு மேலாக நெல்லையில் இயக்கப்படும் தனியார் வாகனத்திற்கு வாடகை -இவைகளை கணக்கிட்டு பார்த்தால் ஒரு புதிய வேண் சொந்தமாக வாங்கியிருக்கலாம் .இத்தனைக்கும் மதுரை MMS இல் நான்கு மெக்கானிக் மற்றும் ஒரு பெயிண்டர் இருக்கிறார் .உத்தேசமாக   நிர்வாகம் செலவழிக்கும் தொகையை பாரீர் Accordingly, the following are the approximate expenditure per vehicle for one month :-DA இருவருக்கு 30000 தனியார் வேண் வாடகை 62500 ஆக மொத்தம் 92500 -.இது குறித்து தகவல் அறியும் உரிமை சட்டத்தின் கீழ் கோட்ட சங்கம் மூலம் கேட்ட தகவல்கள் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு

The following information may kindly be caused to be supplied. It is certified that the under mentioned information is available at the Office of  Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices, Tirunelveli   Divn.  And the information is not related to the:-

1.   issue of  Defense force of the Union

2.   issue of Parliamentary affairs.

Information required:-

A.   Date on which the DMMS vehicle of  Tirunelveli  Division

(i.e.TN 59 AH 5671) was sent to DMMS Madurai for F.C work.

B.   In this connection number of    Drivers deputized to DMMS Madurai

C.   Total Amount of Advance of T.A. paid so far  to such drivers in consequences of such deputation.

D.   Details of expenditure towards private vehicle:-

                                                     I.        Amount of rent for the  private vehicle per day utilized in the  place of regular mail van.

                                                   II.        Amount of rent paid sofar to such private vehicle.

Remittance of fee for the RTI:-

Fee for information under RTI Act 2005 Rs.10/-  and Rs.10/-  fee for copying charges of note sheets,  remitted in the form of Indian Postal Order, No.
