அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே ! தோழியர்களே ! வணக்கம் .

HSG II  ஊழியர்களுக்கான சுழல் மாறுதல் அறிவிப்பினை தென்மண்டல அலுவலகம் நேற்று வெளியிட்டிருந்தது .அதில் நமது கோட்டத்தில் தோழியர் TK .மீனாகோமதி அவர்கள் TENNURE முடிவடைவதாகவும் ஆனால் HSG II நிரப்பப்படவேண்டிய இடங்களை காட்டும்போது போகாத ஊருக்கு வழிசொல்லுவதை போல UNFILLED HSG II பதவிகளை விட்டுவிட்டு  காசாளர் பாளையம்கோட்டை உட்பட மிக குறைவான பதவிகளை மட்டும் அறிவித்திருந்தது .இது குறித்து தோழியரின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள் நம்மிடம் வந்ததை தொடர்ந்து நமது மாநில செயலருக்கு உடனே கடிதம் எழுதி HSG II VACANCY அனைத்தையும் அறிவிக்கவேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை வைத்துள்ளோம் .இதன் அடிப்படையில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஊழியரும் உடனே தென்மண்டல தலைவருக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம் .நன்றி தோழமையுடன் SK .ஜேக்கப் ராஜ் கோட்ட செயலர் நெல்லை

. Subject :  Rotational transfer 2021 for HSG II General line Cadre reg.

               Ref.      :  PMG, SR,  Madurai - 2, lr No: STA/ 102-2/ RT/ HSG II ( G/L/ 2021) / MA dtd 09.04.2021.

                A kind reference is invited to the letter cited above wherein notification has been issued for RT HSG II, Genl line.

                But the list of vacant posts has not been correctly prepared and many unfilled HSG II posts were not shown, particularly the HSG II  posts upgraded during the merger of Postmaster Cadre with General line Cadre. Many such posts which was filled up by LSG officials due to non availability of eligible HSG II officials , were not shown in this notification. 

                    For example,  from Tirunelveli Division,  RT 2021 is due for Smt.T.K.Meenagomathi, SPM, Vannarpettai SO. But in the list of vacant posts, the following HSG II posts in aTirunelveli Division filled up with LSG officials were not listed.

.(a)APM Genl. I & II  Palayankottai HO

(b)APM SB I& II, , Titunelveli HO

(c).ASPM Tvl Town(d)SPM,  Melapalayam.

                       So kindly take up the case with RO Madurai level to arrange for withhelding this notification as it limits the choices of senior officials who are due for this RT. Also arrange to ascertain the correct vacant position in all divisions, and a revised Notification may be issued.
