                   Sub: Subjects for Monthly Meeting-reg

     The following subjects  may kindly be included  f or discussion during the monthly meeting.

1.  1.  At CPC, Tirunelveli HO, the PLI/RPLI files are kept in the old canteen room.  During rainy season, there is high flow of water inside the room and there is a leakage in the roof of the building.  Further, the building is in dilapidated condition.  Hence, for the safety of the records, the same may be shifted to an alternate building which is available in the SRO, Tirunelveli.

2.  2.  Request supply of leather cash bag to the following SOs :-

(a)  Kulavanigarpuram (b) M.S University & (c) Viraraghavapuram

3.    3.Replace the recently supplied 12 V 42 AH UPS batteries which are sub-standard as the charge in these batteries are exhausted within short period of power failure.  These batteries are stated to be under warranty.

4.   4. It is requested to attach one GDS to CPC, Tirunelveli HO as the partial arrangement of providing partial MTS assistance is not sufficient.

5.   5. Request to fill up the vacant HSG-II Posts on officiating basis among the willing officials for which volunteers were already called for and kept pending.

6. 6.   Request to call for fresh willingness among the eligible officials for the post of Asst. Treasurer, Palayankottai HO and Tirunelveli HO which are kept pending.

7.   7. Request provision of NSP 2 connectivity to Vijayanarayanam Naval Base to ensure that the routine works are not hampered.

9. 8.   Request early issue of confirmation orders to PAs who were appointed during the year 2014-2015. 

  9.  9.Request to take action to extend the phone connection of Accounts Branch, Tirunelveli HO (2322823) to CPC, Tirunelveli HO for making outgoing calls. 

1.  10. Request to carryout the repair and plumbing works at Ambasamudram H.O

1.  11. Request to supply of handheld barcode scanner to Alwarkurichi SO

1.  12. Request to supply of of LAN connectivity to newly supplied system to Kilambur S.O.

1.  13. Request to change of the working hours of Nanguneri S.O.08.30 hours to 16.30 hours instead of 08.00 to 16.00.hours.

1  14. Request to provide rain water harvesting plan at Tirunelveli HO to avoid water stagnation on the path of Tirunelveli HO 

 1  15 Request re-supply of Genset of Vijayanarayanam Naval Base which was taken to some other office.
