ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை கட்டாய பணிசெய்ய நிபந்த்திக்கும்
கோட்டநிர்வாகத்தை கண்டித்து நடக்கும் 01.08.2019 ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் வெல்லட்டும் .
நமது செயற்குழுவின் முடிவுகளுக்கேற்ப நாம் கொடுத்த 22.07.2019 கடிதத்திற்கு நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகம் கொடுத்த பதில் (29.07.2019) நேற்று நமக்கு கிடைத்தது .ஞாயிறு ஆதார் பணி ஒரு
பரிட்சார்த்த முயற்சி என்று கூறியிருப்பதை நாம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளமுடியாது .அதேபோல் வேலைப்பளுவுள்ள அலுவலகங்களில் இருந்து ஆட்களை எடுத்து தலைமை அஞ்சலகங்களில் அட்டாச் செய்வதும் ஏற்கமுடியாது -மற்றதெற்கெல்லாம் CPMG /PMG INSTRUCTIONS என கூறும் நிர்வாகம் HSG 11 மற்றும் HSG 1 OFFICIATING க்கு மட்டும் CPMG அலுவலக உத்தரவை அமுல்படுத்த தயங்குவது ஏன் ?
ஆகவே நேற்றைய கோட்ட அலுவலக கடிதத்திற்கும் நமது கோட்ட சங்கம் சார்பாக பதில் இன்று அனுப்பப்படுகிறது .இதன் நகல்கள் நமது மாநில சங்கத்திற்கும் /மண்டல நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் அனுப்பப்படுகிறது .மாநிலச்சங்கம் உடனடியாக நெல்லை கோட்ட பிரச்சினைகளில் தலையிட்டு எங்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகளின் தீர்விற்கு உதவிடுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம் .

Meeting of AIPEU Group ‘C’ Tirunelveli Division – urges

Attention of the Divisional Administration – reg

2. SSP, Tirunelveli Division Lr No. Union/Dlgs/Tvl dated 29.07.2019.

We regret to place on record our disappointment on the approach of the Divisional Administration in dealing the demands of this union.

1. It was informed that the Aadhaar Enrolment/updation is being carried during Sundays on experimental basis which is a clear violation of Directorate orders. This is not adopted anywhere else. Moreover, even it is told as experimental basis by the Administration, it is seen that more advertisement and distribution of pamphlets to households is being done to make it a permanent one. Already submitted, the staff particularly female employees are deliberately forbidden to deliver their family duty/social obligation which created an unrest among the working force. Developing such negative attitude among the fellow employees will end in poor performance or non-performance. This is a basic management theory. Hence, we once again request the Divisional Administration to cancel the order for Sunday duty once for all as giving compensation off will not serve the purpose.

2. It is informed that considering medical / humanitarian grounds only attachment of PAs were done which is also incorrect. Such humanitarian or medical consideration was not extended to all instead a selective set of people are benefitted. Even a physically challenged person was thrown out ruthlessly which was set-aside by the Regional Office on appeal.. We can cite such several example for the in-human approach of the Divisional Administration against selective officials and human approach for other selective officials. Further, attachment of PA to the whim and fancy of the administration is against the rules on the subject. After implementation of the Transfer and Placement Committee, such discretionary power was withdrawn from the SSPOs., and he can act only as per the recommendation of the TPC. When the rule position is like this, how can the SSPOs., attach the staff through back door that too for a particular officials? Hence, we would again request the SSPOs., to detach all such attachments and render justice for the suffering employees.

3. Further, when establishment statistics is shown as a reason for detaching an official from Mundradaippu, why the same yardstick is not followed for all other offices. Moreover, during melas hundreds of accounts are being opened and number of policies are being procured, due to utter failure of DARPAN, the officials are facing unexplained agony. These facts are not considered by the Divisional Administration instead some old statistics is shown as reason is nothing but an insult to the officials who die-hard to get the name and fame for the Division by contributing to the achievement of the target.

4. No one will accept the attachment of LR PA to Divisional Office as the LR PAs are posted specifically for the purpose of leave arrangement. Moreover, no volunteers were called for. After the intervention of this union only, volunteers have been called for to hide the violation on the part of the Divisional Administration.

5. Instructions for local arrangement of HSG-I / HSG-II has been issued by the Circle Office long back. Till citing one or other reason for implementing the said orders will definitely affect morality of the officials and will not be useful for the Administration to extract work from them. Hence, this union requests the Divisional Administration to consider the request of the officials who worked more than 2 or 3 decades in this department and issue favourable orders.

6. Further, the extended working hours of the POS Counter of Tirunelveli HO has not been modified/cancelled though this union brought to the notice of the SSPOs., about the practical difficulties and other problems.

7. This association still believes that the SSPOs., Tirunelveli Division will consider the demands and issue favourable orders. To attract the attention of the SSPOs., on the issues raised above, a demonstration will be held on 01.08.2019 in front of Palayankottai HO.

8. If the issues are not settled, trade union action will be further intensified and the responsibility lies with the Divisional Administration.
