இன்று நமது அமைச்சர் அவர்கள் அனைத்து CPMG அவர்களுடன் நடத்திய வீடியோ கான்ப் ரென்ஸ் அதனை தொடர்ந்து நமது CPMG அவர்கள் நாளை நடத்தவுள்ள அனைத்து மாநிலசெயலர்கள் கூட்டம் என ஒரு இறுதிக்கட்டத்திற்கு நிர்வாகம் வந்துள்ளதை பார்க்கமுடிகிறது .நமது இலாகா முதல்வர் முதல் நமது CPMG வரை அஞ்சல் சேவைகளை எப்படியாவது நடத்திடத்தான் முற்படுகிறார்களே தவிர ஊழியர்களின் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்தோ அல்லது சாலை போக்குவரத்து முற்றிலும் தடைபட்ட சூழலில் எவ்வாறு ஊழியர்கள் பணிபுரியும் இடத்திற்கு வந்துசெல்வார்கள் என்பதனை குறித்து சிறிதேனும் நினைத்துப்பார்த்ததாக தெரியவில்லை .ஆகவே நாளைய சந்திப்பில் நமது சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் பாதுகாப்பு உபக ரணங்களுக்கு நிதி வேண்டாம் நிர்வாகமே அனைத்து ஊழியர்களுக்கும் வழங்கவேண்டும் என்கின்ற நிலையில் உறுதியாக இருக்க வேண்டுகிறோம் .
நமது கோட்டத்தை பொறுத்தவரை சற்றுமுன் நமது கோட்ட அலுவலகத்திற்கு நாம் அனுப்பிய கடிதம் உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது

Sub: Reported problems in keeping the post
offices opened at this harder
situation—Requisition to ensure the
functioning of Head Post Offices in Tirunelveli Division in tune with the Health Ministry guidelines-Preventive
measures to combat COVID 19- Strict adherence of Ministry of Health and family welfare-reg

We wish to bring the following for re-shaping the
function of the Post Offices which requires a relook in the wake of Health Ministry’s
advice.
The Postal employees including Postmen staff doing
both indoor and outdoor duties are subjected to be prone to the deadly virus
COVID 19 and they in turn, facilitate the
spread of the virus to their family members.
In order to over come to this ordeal, the
following pre-arrangement is requested in the interest of staff.
1. Spraying of water
mixing with bleaching powder around the office.
2. Supply of Masks, sanitizer, thermal scanning etc.
3. Overall cleaning of
outdoor premises inside the compound by removing all waste papers and debris,
periodically.
4. Cleaning of ceiling
fans by removing dust crept on the blade using soap oil
5. Cleaning of tube
lights by removing dust crept on the
surface using soap oil
6. Floor of the office
premises should be cleaned using dettol etc at periodical intervals.
7. At entry level,
arrangement for hand wash may please be made.
8. As the movement of
private vehicles have been banned, transport facility may kindly be provided for
the staff from their residence and back, since, limited number of staff only vg
will attend duty.
It is requested that a speedy
action may kindly be taken at your end to ensure the safety of staff as well as
public. Also, permission may kindly be
granted for functioning of H.O.s only with skeletal staff to handle counter
transactions SB and MPCM. Otherwise it is requested to allow the staff to stay
at home upto the National Curfew come to end.
A line in reply will be very helpful to our
Postal Employees since they have represented expressing concern over the safety
of their life.
