            Sub:    Subjects for monthly meeting -reg

              The following subjects may kindly be included for discussion during the monthly meeting.

1. The benefit the enhancement of cash handling allowance has not been reaped by the deserving officials due to delay in filling up of Treasurer posts of Sub offices  by D.O.  Request immediate action.

2. For the benefit of the officials who now promoted to LSG under cadre restructuring, it is requested to circulate the details of vacant LSG posts.

3.  To set right the network connectivity issue at Mahendragiri SO, it is requested to take action to change the link from Vadakkankulam Telephone Exchange to Panagudi Exchange.

4. Request transfer of BOs from Mahendragiri SO to nearby SOs considering various aspects affecting the functioning of the office.

5. Request replacement of UPS batteries supplied on 06.01.2016 to Tachanallur SO as the same were exhausted.

6. Request passing of TA bills of officials deputed to PTC Training allowing full DA.  Claims passed with wrong interpretation needs to be reopened.

7. Request replacement of toner of laser printer provided to Ukkirankottai SO.

8. Request replacement of laser printer provided to I.C Pettai SO.

9. Request to carry out the maintenance work of Gangaikondan for which quotation was already forwarded to D.O

10. Request to issue orders for monetary benefits under TBOP scheme for the remaining officials (for example S.Vijayarani ,S.DevaRani ,S.Pappa etc...)

11. Request Supply of 85 KV Genset to Palayankottai HO
