அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களே !தோழியர்களே !
                    வணக்கம் .நமது கோட்ட அளவிலான SSP அவர்களுடன் மாதமொருமுறை  நடத்தப்படும் மாதாந்திர பேட்டி வருகிற 28.11.2019 அன்று நடைபெறுவதை நீங்கள் அறீவீர்கள் .இதில் விவாதிக்கவேண்டிய பிரச்சினைகள் இருப்பின் விரைந்து கோட்ட சங்கத்திற்கு தெரியப்படுத்தவும் .
  *1986 க்கு முன்பு PA INDUCTION பயிற்சி காலத்தை TBOP /BCR பதவியுயர்வின் கணக்கீட்டிற்கு எடுக்கப்பட்ட விசயத்தில் பல ஊழியர்களின் பெயர் விடுபட்டுள்ளது .அந்த தோழர்கள் /தோழியர்கள் கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கு உடனே முறையீடு செய்ய கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம் .அதன் மாதிரி கடிதம் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது .இதற்கான காரணம் அவர்களது பயிற்சி க்கான உத்தரவின் நகல் கோட்ட அலுவலகத்தில் இல்லையாம் .
இதை சரி செய்யவேண்டியது நிர்வாகத்தின் கடமையே தவிர ஊழியர்களின் தவறல்ல....

A kind reference is invited to the above.  I submit that I had undergone PA Induction Training at PTC Madurai for the period of 90 days from......... to ..........
But it is seen that my name has been omitted in the memo under reference.  Hence, I would request you to consider this representation and advance the date TBOP issued as the instructions issued by the Directorate. 
My training details are also available in my Service Book.
